TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - The KOLD First Alert Weather Team has issued First Alert Action Days through Saturday, June 19, because of excessive heat.
Temperatures will be between 111-113 degrees in the Tucson area every day.
The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning until 9 p.m. Saturday in the Tucson metro area including Tucson, Green Valley, Marana, and Vail; upper Gila River and Aravaipa valleys including Clifton, and Safford; and upper Santa Cruz River and Altar valleys including Nogales; south-central Pinal County including Eloy, Picacho Peak State Park; southeast Pinal County including Kearny, Mammoth, Oracle; Tohono O’odham Nation including Sells; and western Pima County including Ajo, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument.
